Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
